I tested on Miqo'te with nearly Mid Height(Carry) and nearly Low Height(Being Carried), other race might need to adjusted.

Also, I've put preview for each pose I made to the file (Hover mouse to the pose file in Anamnesis) so it'll be easy to find which pose is which!
